Why do I have to buy a sample pack first?

How do I return an item and get my money back?

Just send a quick email to team@tradidog.ch with your order number. We’ll get back to you with next steps. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs—unless the item is damaged, in which case we’ll cover them. We’ll issue a refund within five business days of receiving the returned item.
