Unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids
These are healthy sources of fat in the form of good fatty acids to support important bodily functions. They are essential for dogs and strengthen the brain, eyes and nerves. Sources of omega-3 fatty acids include vegetable oils such as linseed, rapeseed and olives as well as algae and certain marine fish. However, only vegetable oils offer a sustainable and future-oriented alternative. In addition, omega-6 fatty acids predominate in most animal fats, sunflowers and corn.
